TN2 5LT 38777 Hi, my official name is Imre but please call me Erika, I'm a Hungarian woman. I started my carer job as a live-in carer in New York in 2009 with elderly people. I choose this job because I like to help people with a daily routine, cooking, preparing medications, going to the therapy, to be a good company. Since 2018 I continued this job in England. I have better experience here because of the equipment what I can use during the moving and handling. My hobbies are walking in the park, shopping and listening music. Happy to do night job and hourly job daytime.

CR0 0AZ 365222 I started working as a domiciliary care for 2 years, I have worked with different clients bed bound, providing them with personal care, medication administration, preparing their meals, helping with small household chores. I have worked with mental health issues like anxiety disorder, personality disorder, clients providing them personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, accompany them to their social groups. I have also work in a Care home this where I picked up most of my experience as I work closer with senior staff, learning more with different incontinence pads, Catheter, night bags connections and different type of stoma, different type of hoists, frames and their purposes, learned about clients that eats only puree meals and thicken drinks. In 2019 I started working a support worker for a semi-independent placement for young people that are looked after by Social services, assisting them with enrolling into education, employment, social groups, assisting with managing their funds, GP appointments (Most of the kids came from neglected or abuse environments, going through mental health issues, involved in gangs and drugs. I joined elderly live in carer in April 2025 worked more with clients that has dementia, my skills I mastered is to be patience when communicating, show some empathy, observe their behaviour, validate emotions, not to argue with them this helps with reducing agitation, be flexible with their routines, have a calm and positive attitude, give them space during their upset moments this helps with de escalating the situation. Currently I'm a live in Carer and working with dementia, bedbound, Catheter care, end of life clients. My availability depends on the packages available, I'm very reliable and consistent carer. When starting with a new client, I have a settling in period of 1/2 weeks and then I can access the period of care I can safely deliver. I am happy to travel throughout the UK as long as travelling expenses are covered 1 way by my future clients. A great carer should should show empathy and compassion, have the ability to understand and share feelings of another, offering emotional support. Carer should be patience and calm especially in challenging situations this helps by creating a safe environment, reliability and dedication care is to be punctual. Respectful and treating clients with dignity and respect. I am happy to arrange a Curam meet video call where we can discuss your care requirements in more detail.

BR1 3JD 290830 I'm a 65-year-old male carer, widowed and retired from a career in academia and business consulting, transitioning into care work in 2018. I have worked with a wide range of support needs, including Parkinson’s, stroke, COPD, MS, sepsis, dementia, spinal cord injury, heart surgery and general infirmity. I'm also the author of a nutrition guide and cookbook for carers. My service is highly personalised, with a focus on problem-solving and facilitating as high a quality of life as possible. Am I the right carer for you? To help you decide, you may like to know some specific details about what I can offer and how I work, such as: •  As a male carer, I can attend to all practical and personal needs of male service users. In the case of female service users, it wouldn’t be appropriate for me to provide intimate personal care. However, I’m happy to support ladies with all other needs such as moving and handling, nutrition, companionship and household support. •     I am passionate about preparing healthy, nutritious meals. We will discuss your personal preferences and specific dietary needs and develop a meal plan from there. •     Hoisting: If you require hoisting or other mechanical lifting aids, I can offer experience with a wide range of equipment. In the case of mobile floor-based hoists, safety regulations require that a second trained person is available to assist. This may be another care professional or a suitably trained family member or friend. •     Geographical coverage: I’m happy to support clients in most of England and Wales, up to about 300 miles from my home in the southeast. •     Driving: I have a clean driving licence and full business insurance, and drive a large vehicle in which wheelchairs can easily be carried. I’m more than happy to transport and accompany clients to appointments and social engagements (with the exception of religious services). Mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile for outings and travel between my home and the service user’s address. •     Pets: Unfortunately I am allergic to cats and therefore unable to work in households with them. Other species of pets are no problem. •     Smokers: On the topic of allergies, I’m also allergic to tobacco smoke and therefore unable to work in smokers’ households. •     Night support: If you require support at night, we can discuss the extent and nature of such support, as it may attract fees or a need for additional care personnel. •     How long will I be with you on any given occasion? The duration of support spells is always negotiable, depending on your requirements and my availability at the time.
